Yggdrasil has announced a new partnership with UK-based operator Lottomart, marking another key step in its European growth strategy. Through this agreement, Lottomart will gain full access to Yggdrasil’s diverse portfolio of innovative games, which the publisher has meticulously developed over the past decade. Notable titles include Gold Frontier Jackpots FastPot5 and Ragnaravens WildEnergy, alongside contributions from Yggdrasil’s YGG Masters program.

Additionally, Lottomart players will be able to experience Yggdrasil’s renowned Game Engagement Mechanics (GEMs), designed to elevate gaming excitement and engagement. The partnership is poised to enhance Yggdrasil’s presence in the UK, a crucial market for the company, and strengthen its standing in the broader European online gaming space. Yggdrasil first launched in Europe in 2016 and has been expanding rapidly since.

Commenting on the collaboration, Yggdrasil’s Commercial Director, José Simon, said: “Lottomart provides its customers with a top-tier online casino experience, featuring a wide range of games from some of the best providers worldwide. We’re excited to join their trusted partners and bring our unique portfolio to their players.”

Simon also highlighted the importance of the UK market, stating: “The UK remains a significant territory for Yggdrasil, with our games resonating strongly among local players. With Lottomart, we’re set to introduce our titles to even more slot enthusiasts.”

This partnership follows a series of strategic deals for Yggdrasil in 2023. In January, the company entered the Hungarian market through a deal with LVC Diamond, and shortly after, it teamed up with Campeón Gaming. In May, Yggdrasil further extended its European reach by partnering with NetBet Casino in Denmark.

However, not all the news has been positive for Yggdrasil this year. In March, the publisher faced a penalty from the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) for supplying software to an unlicensed operator. Despite this setback, the company continues to strengthen its presence across key European markets.
